New Hampshire

The state legislature changed a bill in March 2007 that would have prohibited the use of artificial trans fat to a bill that would direct school districts to look for alternatives to trans fat in their cafeterias. In 2007, the Senate ruled that the legislature was inexpedient to pass a bill that would prohibit trans fat in foodservice establishments.
